Malev's New York flight turns back due to bad weather

Budapest, 25 January) - A New York-bound flight of Hungarian national carrier Malev turned back on Tuesday afternoon and is expected to land in Budapest at around 6 p.m., an official of the company told MTI.
The plane had to return because of heavy snow and poor visibility in New York, the official said.
When the decision was made, the plane was above London, which means it had covered a two-hour route until then.
