Milosevic meets Russian and Chinese UN ambassadors
BELGRADE, Apr 27, 2000 -- (AFP) Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic on Wednesday met top Russian and Chinese representatives visiting the federation with a UN Security Council delegation, the official Tanjug news agency said.
No details were given on the talks between Milosevic and Sergei Lavrov, the Russian ambassador to the United Nations, and Shen Guofeng, China's deputy ambassador, Tanjug said citing a presidential communiqué.
The two envoys also met Deputy Prime Minister Nikola Sainovic and Foreign Minister Zivadin Jovanovic, Tanjug said.
The UN delegation was also to visit Kosovo, the agency added.
