Albanian foreign minister: Milosevic, Saddam don't deserve to live
KUWAIT CITY, Apr 17, 2000 -- (AFP) Albanian Foreign Minister Paskal Milo said here Saturday that neither Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic nor Iraqi President Saddam Hussein deserved to live, the official KUNA news agency reported.
That these two men have their hands on the levers of power is "detrimental for humanity and means continous suffering for their two peoples," he told KUNA.
They are both criminals who "do not deserve life," added Milo, who arrived in Kuwait late Friday.
Kuwait sent aid to Kosovar Albanian refugees during the Kosovo crisis.
The emirate itself was occupied by Iraqi for seven months beginning in August 1990.
